Communications

Please ASK about any websites before purchase, you may want a site that I can not or will not create.  Please be sure to tell me if you require additional services before I begin work, to avoid any misunderstandings, and to save valuable time and money.

At the start of the project you will be given a projection of when your site will be completed.  This time frame varies depending on the workload at the time.  If you need your website within a day or two, I will do my best to accommodate you, but I can not make such a guarantee at this time.


Payment

There are two ways to pay, either you can make a complete payment and upon receipt I will work on your website until completed and upload it.  Or you can make a 50% payment, this is a non-refundable deposit that will cover any work done prior to the completion of the website.  The remaining 50% of the total charges will be due when the project is completed, and before the website will be uploaded.  Upon receipt of the final 50% payment the website will be uploaded.

If a deposit payment was received but the final payment is not received within 15 days of website completion then the website will not be uploaded and your deposit will be lost. 

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to begin communicating with me about your website, if you either do not tell me what you want or you do not reply to emails from me asking what you want on your website within 15 days then any and all payments to date will be lost.  All completed sales are final.

Payments may be made via Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.  All checks will be held until cleared, work will begin after your check clears and not before.

Websites depicting nudity, sexual & adult content between consenting adults are ok.  However, I will not create websites containing racism, discrimination of any kind, cruelty to and/or sexual content with children or animals, anything grotesque or illegal.  I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
